Hello! We chose to purchase this home and open it to our community to provide an oasis from the concrete desert. Our passion is to foster love, connection, mindfulness, and play in the world and we do that through our work and creating curated spaces for growth and transformation. Our Vision
Agua de Oro’s vision, is to create a sanctuary where nature, intention, and community converge. We believe that healing, connection, and transformation flourish in spaces that feel held with care — spaces where people can exhale, be themselves, and remember what truly matters. This land is more than a location; it’s an invitation to slow down, listen deeply, and gather with purpose. Whether you’re here to facilitate, restore, or simply rest, our hope is that you leave lighter, clearer, and more connected than when you arrived. We are honored to share this space with those who walk with presence and heart.
We are located in Agua Dulce, California near the iconic Vazquez Rocks.
Our land is part of both Fernandeño Tataviam and Chumash territory and home to native junipers, jack rabbits, ground squirrels, road runners, crows, owls, bobcats, snakes, and coyotes.

Depending on traffic, we are as close as 50 minutes from central Los Angeles.

Weather in Agua Dulce varies widely throughout the year, with temperatures ranging from lows in the 40s°F to highs over 100°F. We recommend checking the forecast for your specific rental dates. Average temperatures can be found HERE.

We are surrounded by beautiful natural wildlife, including owls, hawks, hummingbirds, squirrels, coyotes, bobcats, and several types of snakes (including gopher, racer, and rattlesnakes). We encourage all guests to enjoy the land respectfully and with awareness.

Yes! Our property backs up to 120 acres of open space perfect for light hikes, and the stunning Vasquez Rocks Natural Area is just 10 minutes away.

In addition to hiking and enjoying the natural beauty, Agua Dulce offers unique animal rescues and wildlife sanctuaries where you can interact with animals such as kangaroos, porcupines, monkeys, and wolves.
GETTING HERE

Hollywood Burbank Airport: 40–60 minutes away — easiest and most convenient.
LAX (Los Angeles International Airport): 1–2 hours away, depending on traffic. We highly recommend sharing this info with and is also available upon request your participants when booking flights.

Yes, with prior arrangement. We accept select package deliveries up to two weeks before your rental, depending on the contents.
LODGING, FACILITIES & ACCESS

With our current setup — including beds, cots, and convertible couches — we can sleep up to 22 people comfortably. We have an additional 30 tri-folding mats for larger groups.

We can accommodate up to 98 vehicles, and offer limited and partial RV hookups. Please refer to the Parking Guide for details.

Yes, with prior notice, we can make the property accessible to guests using wheelchairs.

We love animals! Well-behaved, housebroken pets are welcome. That said, we are in a natural area where wildlife like coyotes, snakes, bob cats and owls are active — please keep your pets safe and under supervision. We are not liable for incidents involving wildlife.

Clothing is optional in these areas, but please be mindful of your group’s comfort level and respectful of shared space. We recommend discussing group agreements around this ahead of time.

Yes! Our water comes directly from the earth from our private well and is regularly tested to ensure safety and purity.

Yes, invoices and receipts are available upon request.
RENTAL LOGISTICS

Check-in/Check-out times are outlined in your rental contract. If needed, late check-out may be available for an additional fee.

For your first rental with us, we’ll stay in our camper on the property to support you with any questions. For return visits, we typically leave the space entirely to you and your group.

Please follow the departure checklist included in your Renter’s Guide. A link will be provided upon booking.

You may cancel up to one month before your rental for a full deposit refund with notice via phone, text, or email. Cancellations made less than one month prior will result in forfeiture of the full deposit.

Items left behind will be held for one week and then donated.
POLICIES & PERMISSIONS

Yes, and only in designated smoking areas with proper receptacles. Please ask your host for the location upon arrival.

Filming is not permitted without prior authorization.

Please request permission before posting any photos or videos taken at ADO. We assess this on a case-by-case basis depending on context and usage.

We have set our rates below market to provide great value. Pricing is not negotiable.
